Nursing research progress of mechanical ventilation patients' early mobility in ICU

摘要 ICU机械通气患者长时间制动、镇静会导致一系列并发症的发生,严重影响患者预后和生活质量.本文介绍了早期活动在ICU机械通气患者中的意义以及机械通气患者早期活动的必要性、早期活动时机、早期活动方式、早期活动的实施者、早期活动对患者健康结局的积极效应方面,对早期活动应用于机械通气患者中的护理研究展开综述,并对目前不足之处做出展望. A series of complications occur in the patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU because of long immobility and sedation, which influences the prognosis and the quality of life of the patients severely. The article introduces the significance of early mobility for mechanical ventilation patients in ICU. It also introduces five aspects including the necessity of early mobility, the time of early mobility, the way of early mobility, the leader of early mobility and the positive effect of early mobility on the patients' health outcome. The nursing research progress of early mobility applied in mechanical ventilation patients is summarized in this article. Besides, this article prospects the deficiencies.
