摘要
目的:为加强医院行政管理人才队伍建设,建立优胜劣汰、能上能下的用人机制,构建适合医院行政管理人员培养的岗位胜任力模型。方法:利用文献查阅法和专家咨询法收集并编制胜任力问卷,运用SPSS17.0软件进行探索性因子分析。结果:医院行政管理人员胜任力模型包括知识结构、管理能力、目标追求与创新、个人特质四大特征群、22项胜任力要素。结论:胜任力模型描述了各项胜任力要素之间的层次关系,为医院今后对行政管理人员的培养、选拔、考核等提供了可量化、操作性强的评价工具。
Objective: To strengthen the building of the administrative personnel, establish the survival of the fittest employ- ment mechanism, construct a competency model for administrators. Methods: Literature review method and expert consultation method were used to make the questionnaire of competency of health supervisor.Data was analyzed with exploratory factor analysis of SPSSlT.0.Results: The competency model of hospital administrators covered twenty two factors of four personal characteristics as- pects of knowledge structure, management ability, goal pursuit and innovation.Conclusion: This competency model described the hierarchical relationship between competency factors, and provided a quantifiable and operational evaluation tool for the training, selection and assessment of administrative personnel in the future.
