摘要
随着调强放疗技术的发展,调强放疗在宫颈癌应用越来越多。其可以增加放疗靶区的适形性和剂量分布的均匀性,从而提高疗效;降低正常组织受照射的剂量从而降低并发症发生率。该文对宫颈癌根治性调强的优缺点、存在的问题及对应的处理方法进行总结,为临床工作提供参考。
With the development of the technology about intensity modulated radiation therapy,the application of intensity modulated ra-diation therapy for cervical cancer are increasing. Intensity-modulated radiation therapy（IMRT） can improve the curative effect by in-creasing the conformity of target volume and the uniformity of dose distribution. It can reduce the complications by reducing the dose of normal tissue. In this paper,the advantages,existing problems and corresponding solutions of radical intensity-modulated radiation thera-py for cervical cancer are concluded,which provide reference for clinical work.
