摘要
文章从生产设备、原料选择、工艺设计、后整理等方面出发,对针织成形鞋材的生产关键技术进行了概要性描述,重点说明了用于经编成形鞋材编织的3类经编机梳栉配置,以及单层、双层、三维立体经编鞋材的组织结构设计。
The paper gives a general description of key technologies for manufacturing fully-fashioned knitted vamp by discussing the production equipment, raw material selection, process design, finishing, etc. The configuration of three types of warp knitting machines used for knitting the vamp as well as the structural design of single-layer, double-layer, three-dimensional warp-knitted vamps are discussed in details.
