摘要
目的探讨综合性预防护理措施对腹部腹腔镜手术患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的影响。方法选取2014年11月~2016年11月在我院接受腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术治疗的200例患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组方式将其分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组患者围术期实施常规微创手术护理,观察组患者围术期实施综合性预防护理干预。对比两组患者在腹部手术后出现下肢深静脉血栓的例数、对腹部腹腔镜手术期间的护理服务满意度、腹腔镜手术操作时间和手术后住院时间。结果观察组患者腹部手术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者腹腔镜手术操作时间和手术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术治疗的患者在围术期内实施综合性预防护理干预,可以有效预防术后出现下肢深静脉血栓症状,缩短术后住院治疗时间,保证患者安全,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive preventive nursing measures on deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in patients undergone abdominal laparoscopic surgery.Methods From November 2014 to November2016,200 patients performed with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group in random,100 cases in each group.In the control group,regular micro-invasive surgical nursing during perioperative period was used,while in the observation group,comprehensive preventive nursing intervention was applied.The number of cases occurred with deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities after abdominal surgeries,nursing satisfaction during abdominal laparoscopic surgery,operation time under laparoscope and total hospital stay after surgery were compared in the two groups.Results In comparison with the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities after abdominal surgeries in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The operation time and total hospital stay after surgery in the observation group were both shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients preformed with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,application of comprehensive preventive nursing intervention during perioperative period can effectively prevent the postoperative deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities,shorten the postoperative hospital stay,ensure patients′ safety and improve patients′ satisfaction with nursing services.
