摘要
提升VoLTE用户感知的保障策略研究为VoLTE优化提供了新的思路,从引起VoLTE用户感知差的三种主要因素入手分析,并针对不同因素制定研究相应策略,通过采用误包时上下行选阶优化、丢包时降低语音编码速率、语音质量差时异频和异系统切换三种方法制定保障策略,以提升VoLTE用户感知,最后在现网中得到合理的效果验证。
Research on the guarantee strategy of VoLTE user perception enhancement provides the new idea to VoLTE optimization. According to three main factors resulting the bad user perception, the corresponding strategies were drawn up. Three methods were adopted to draw guarantee strategy to enhance VoLTE user perception including the uplink and downlink order selection optimization in the case of packet error, voice coding rate reduction in the case of packet loss and handover of different frequencies and different systems in the case of bad voice. The feasible effect verification was derived from the existing network.
