摘要
利用热力学计算软件Fact Sage及相应的钢铁材料数据库对904L超级奥氏体不锈钢热轧板中的平衡相进行计算,分析了元素含量在允许范围内变化对主要析出相σ析出行为的影响,并对904L钢的显微组织进行分析。结果表明:904L钢中析出的平衡相有FCC#2、BCC、M_(23)C_6、σ和LAVES相。Cr、Mo和Si含量的增加会提高σ相的完全溶解温度和析出量;C和Ni含量的增加使σ相的完全溶解温度和析出量略有降低;Mn和Cu含量的变化对σ相的完全溶解温度和析出量没有影响。试验结果证实了时效条件下的主要析出相为σ相,与热力学计算结果基本一致。
The equilibrium phase in the hot rolled plate of super austenitic stainless steel 904L were calculated by FactSage software and relevant steel material database. The effects of element content in the allowable variation on the precipitation behavior of or were analyzed. The microstructure of 904L steel was analyzed. The results show that the equilibrium precipitation phases in 904L steel are FCC#2, BCC, M23C6, σ and LAVES phases. The full solution temperature and precipitation amount of σ increase with the increase of the content of Cr, Mo and Si. The full solution temperature and precipitation amount of or decrease with the increase of the content of C and Ni. The change of the contents of Mn and Cu has no influence on the full solution temperature and precipitation amount of σ phase. The experimental results confirm that the main precipitated phase is σ, which are in conform with the thermodynamic calculation results.
