过滤模式和条件对PVC中空纤维膜过滤性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Filtering Modes and Conditions on Filtration Performance of PVC Hollow Fiber Membrane

摘要 考察了PVC中空纤维膜用于自来水、腐殖酸、聚合氯化铝、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺溶液过滤时死端过滤、平行流过滤、垂直流过滤3种过滤模式下通量的衰减规律,比较了不同清洗方式对污染膜的清洗效果,分析了流速对膜平衡通量造成的影响,并用指数模型对试验数据进行了拟合,探讨以上溶液在不同过滤模式下对过滤膜组件造成的污染动力学规律。结果表明,对上述污染物而言,碱洗效果要优于水洗效果,中空纤维膜死端过滤时通量衰减最快,平行流过滤次之,垂直流过滤对膜造成的污染最小,并且提高流速能有效减轻膜污染,增加膜的平衡通量。 In this paper, the PVC hollow fiber membrane was used to filter tap water, the solution of humic acid, polyaluminium chloride and cationic polyacrylamide. The filtration flux attenuation pattern of the PVC hollow fiber membrane was studied in filtering modes of dead end filtration, parallel flow filtration and vertical flow filtration. The membrane cleaning effect of different methods was compared. The influence of flow rates on the membrane equilibrium flux was also researched and the experimental data was fitted to the exponential model. The kinetic mechanisms of the membrane fouling in three filtration modes were analyzed. Results showed that alkaline cleaning method was superior to the water clean method for the aforementioned pollutants. The filtration flux decreased substantially in the dead end filtration scenario, parallel flow filtration was in the second place, and the vertical flow filtration experienced the lowest fouling. Increasing the flow rate could effectively reduce the membrane fouling and increase the membrane equilibrium flux.
