Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy and nutrition

摘要 妊娠期高血压疾病是世界范围内严重威胁母婴健康的疾病,营养因素与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生发展密切相关。孕期体重增长过快或肥胖,将大大增加妊娠合并症的风险,平衡饮食结构、合理摄入能量、控制体重增长可有效减少妊娠期高血压疾病的发生。补充叶酸有望成为预防子痫前期的有效方法。孕期补充维生素D有助于控制血压、血糖和血脂。钙、铁、锌、硒等微量元素可能与妊娠期高血压疾病发病相关,围孕期服用营养素可能预防妊娠期高血压疾病的发生。 Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy is a disease which threatened maternal and children health worldwide. Nutrients are closely related to the occurrence and development of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy. Excessive weight gain or obesity during pregnancy will greatly increase the risk of pregnancy complications. Balanced diet structure, proper intake of energy, and control of weight gain can effectively reduce the incidence of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy. Folio acid supplementation is expected to be an effective way to prevent preeclampsia. Vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy helps to control blood pressure, blood sugar, and blood lipids. Calcium, iron, zinc, selenium and other trace elements may be related to the incidence of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy. Nutrients supplements during pregnancy may be helpful to prevent the occurrence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.
