摘要
为研究土施B族维生素对肥城桃光合作用及果实品质的影响,本试验采用维生素B1、B2、B6和复合维生素B(Co B),分别设置5 g/株和10 g/株的施用量,分析了土施不同种类维生素B对肥城桃的叶片净光合速率、叶绿素含量、单果重、果实硬度及果实可溶性固形物、可溶性糖及可滴定酸含量的影响,并进行了感官评价。结果表明:土施B族维生素能提高肥城桃叶片SPAD值、净光合速率、单果重及可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量,有利于增加果实硬度,但对可滴定酸含量的影响较小。其中,土施5 g/株VB2显著提高了肥城桃叶片的叶绿素含量和净光合速率、单果重和果实硬度以及桃果实可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量,降低了可滴定酸含量,提高了果实糖酸比,经感官评价,综合得分最高,口感最佳。因此,在肥城桃生产中可推荐土施5 g/株的维生素B2,以有效提高其光合特性,改善果实品质。
In order to study the effects of soil application of B vitamins on photosynthesis and fruit quality of Feicheng peach,vitamin B_1,B_2,B_6 and Co B were applied with the doses of 5 g and 10 g per strain in this study,and their effects on the net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of leaves,single fruit weight,fruit firmness and contents of soluble solid,soluble sugar and titratable acid of fruits of Feicheng peach were analyzed. The sensory evaluation was also conducted. The results showed that soil application of B vitamins could increase the leaf SPAD value,net photosynthetic rate,single fruit weight,fruit firmness,contents of soluble solid and soluble sugar,but had less influence on the titratable acid content. Among which,soil application of vitamin B_2 with the dose of 5 g per plant significantly improved the net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of leaves,single fruit weight,fruit firmness,contents of soluble solid and soluble sugar of fruits,raised the sugar acid ratio,and decreased the titratable acid content. The sensory evaluation indicated that fruits under this treatment owned the highest score and the best taste. Therefore,it was recommended to soil applying vitamin B_2 of 5 g per strain in Feicheng peach production to improve the peach photosynthesis and fruit quality.
