摘要 Eph受体亦称之为促红细胞生成素产生的肝细胞受体,其属于受体酪氨酸激酶家族成员,通过一种双信号传导模式与其配体Ephrins结合,调节细胞粘附、转移和血管生成等过程。新近研究表明,Eph受体与其配体Ephrin参与多种肿瘤的生长、侵袭和转移过程。因此,关于Eph受体与其配体Ephri与胃癌发生发展的相关研究会有助于深入理解胃癌的机制,并有助于寻找抗癌治疗靶点。本文将就目前关于Eph受体和其配体与胃癌相关的研究进行系统综述。 Erythropoietin-producing hepatocyte (Eph) receptors, as the largest subfamily of receptor tyrosine ki-nases (RTKs) family, regulate cell adhesion, migration and angiogenesis in a bidirectional signal transduction manner by binding to their ligands Ephrins. Recently, Eph and Ephrins are found involved in growth, invasiveness and metastasis of various kinds of tumors. Therefore, researches on Eph-Ephrin in the progression and development of gastric cancer will contribute to understanding its mechanism, discovering new targets for anticancer therapies. This review discusses the current advances of Eph receptors and ephrin ligands in gastric cancer.
