摘要
培养小学全科教师不仅能缓解我国农村地区师资紧缺状况,也是深化课程改革、提高教学效率、开展综合课程、全面培养儿童的需要。卓越教师培养目标下小学全科教师应具备多学科分科教学的能力,在此基础上能够突破学科界限,实现多学科知识的融合和综合教学的开展。作为小学全科教师职前培养的主要基地,高师院校应从课程设置、培养机制、评价体系等方面进行改革,以培养适应时代需求、满足课改要求的全科教师。
Cultivating primary school general teachers can not only alleviate the shortage of teachers in ru-ral areas, but also meet the demand of deepening the curriculum reform, improving teaching efficiency, carryingout comprehensive courses and cultivating children comprehensively. General teachers in primary school whoare trained with the model on excellent teachers should have the ability of teaching several subjects and canbreak through the boundaries of subjects to integrate knowledge between the subjects and teach comprehensive-ly. As the main base of primary school general teachers' pre-service training, the teacher colleges and universi-ties should reform from the aspects of curriculum establishment, training mechanism and evaluation system soas to cultivate the general teachers who meet the requirements of the times and the requirements of curriculumreform.
