钼靶X线摄影与MRI检查在炎性乳腺癌诊断中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨炎性乳腺癌MRI和钼靶X线的影像学特征及诊断价值。方法选取我院2014年1月—2017年1月收治的炎性乳腺癌患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组进行钼靶X线摄影,观察组进行MRI检查,比较两组的炎性乳腺癌阳性检出率及征象特征情况。结果观察组、对照组的阳性检出率分别为90.0%、73.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的腺体局部增厚、界限不清等影像学特征检出情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的钙化影像学特征检出情况显著高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎性乳腺癌应用动态增强MRI检查可显著提高其诊断准确度,钼靶X线对于病变钙化敏感,二者联合检查,便于临床诊断及治疗,值得临床上推广。 OBJECTIVE To study the MRI of inflammatory breast cancer and molybdenum target X-ray imaging features and diagnos- tic value. METHODS In our hospital and prevention from January 2014 to January 2017, 60 cases of inflammatory breast cancer pa- tients were randomly assigned into two groups, 30 cases in each group. Molybdenum target X-ray photography, observing the control group by MRI test. It compared inflammatory breast cancer signs characteristics and positive detection rate of two groups. RESULTS observation group, the positive rate in the control group was 90.0%, 73.3% respectively. The difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05); observation group of glands imaging characteristics of local thickening, unclear boundaries detection was significantly better than control group, difference have statistical significance; controling the calcification of radiological detection was significantly higher than in observation group, difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of dynamic enhanced MRI on in- flammatory breast cancer can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy, molybdenum target X-ray calcification was sensitive for pathological changes, the two joint inspection, facilitate clinical diagnosis and treatment, which was worthy for clinical promotion.
