摘要
喇嘛甸油田注水系统中,受注水泵启泵台数变化、注水站注多类别水质需要运一备一或运二备一以及注水泵泵效低于规范要求的节能评价值等问题,造成注水量与注水泵不易匹配,增加了注水系统控制能耗的难度。因此,通过分析注水泵特性与管路特性之间的关系,调整注水泵的运行状态,从而合理匹配水量,实施后注水系统单耗下降0.10 k Wh/m^3,有效减低了注水成本,提高了管网运行效率。
In the water injection system in Lamadian oilfield, by injection pumps, pump start andchange water injection station multi class water injection requires a preparation of a two or a water injection pump and pump efficiency is lower than the requirements of the energy-saving evaluation value caused by water injection and water injection pump is not easy to match the influence of pump capacity, increase the energy consumption of water injection system to control the difficulty.Therefore, through the analysis of the relationship between injection pump characteristics and pipeline characteristics, adjusting the operating state of the injection pump, thus matching water, 0.1k Wh/m^3 decreased consumption of water injection system is implemented, effectively reducing the cost of water injection, improve the network operation efficiency.
