摘要
引汉济渭工程是陕西省解决水资源问题的骨干项目,工程规划了两个泵站、两个电站和一条输水干线将汉江水调入关中。工程总体布置是该工程重大技术问题,在工程总体规划的基础上,根据关中受水区对工程的需要,研究了引汉济渭工程各组成部分的相互关系,以达到优化工程布置、协调工程各部分的衔接、形成合理有效的调水系统的目的。综合考虑了多种因素对工程选址和布置的影响,将相关选择方案纳入总体方案进行考虑,并根据工程的具体特点,进行多方案的经济、技术比选,完成了工程选点的论证、输水线路选择和工程衔接关系的协调。同时,对输水隧洞的比降也运用工程经济学方法进行了论证。最后分析了工程选址和总体布置方案预计可以达到的效果,并提出了工程实施过程中应注意的问题。
Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Valley Water Diversion Project is the key project to solve the water resources problem in Shaanxi province,for which two pumping stations,two hydropower stations and a main water conveyance line for diverting water from Hanjiang River to Guangzhong Area are planned. The general layout is an important technical problem for the project. On the basis of the general planning of the project,the correlations among all the composed parts of the project are studied herein according to the demand from Guanzhong Water-Receiving Area on the project,so as to get the target of optimizing the project layout,coordinating the link-ups among all parts of the project and forming a reasonable and effective scheme for the water transfer system. Under a comprehensive consideration of the influences from several factors on the site selection and layout of the project,the relevant alternatives are taken into account for the consideration of the general scheme from the aspect of the systemization of the project through the analysis and study concerned,and then the demonstration of the site selection,selection of the water conveyance line and the coordination of the link-up relationships for the project are completed through the economic and technical comparisons made on several schemes in accordance with the specific characteristics of the project. Meanwhile,the gradient of the water conveyance tunnel is demonstrated through the relevant method of engineering economics. Finally,the effects from both the site selection and the general layout of the project to be obtained are analyzed,furthermore,the problems those must be paid attention to during the implementation of the project are put forward as well.
