摘要
以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为主要原料,共聚合成降粘型聚羧酸减水剂PC-2。研究不同侧链长度、丙烯酰胺和二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯用量对PC-2性能的影响。结果表明,该减水剂的最佳制备工艺为n(AA)∶n(TPEG-1000)=3.5∶1.0,新型还原剂、丙烯酰胺、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯和3-巯基丙酸用量分别为单体总质量的0.15%、1.5%、2.5%和0.5%,n(H_2O_2)∶n(新型还原剂)=4∶1。经测试验证,PC-2的坍落度保持性和降粘效果都明显优于市售降粘型聚羧酸PC-1。
Viscosity poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent (PC-2) was synthesized by monomers including TPEG,AA,AM and Ethylene glycol dimethacrylate. The effects of the different side chain length,the dosage of AM and Ethylene glycol dimethacrylate on PC-2 performance were discussed. The experimental result showed that the water reducing agent had a optimized preparation condition at n (AA):n (TPEG -1000) =3.5 :1.0, the dosage of new reductant,AM,Ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and 3-mercaptopropanoic acid was 0.15%, 1.5%,2.5% and 0.5% of total mass respectively, n (H2O2) :n (new reductant)=4:1. The slump retention and the effect of viscosity reduction were all better than regular polycarboxylate PC-1 by cases.testing.
