摘要
食用菌栽培基质日益紧俏,开发新型基质的需求愈来愈迫切,内蒙古柠条资源丰富,亟待开发利用。在前期研究的基础上,本研究选取3个品种,配方设置添加23%、40%柠条粉2个处理,比较发菌效果、产量、发病率等。结果表明,基质中添加40%柠条粉适于栽培平菇。同时,3个供试品种中,引进品种灰美2号综合表现最好。本研究为柠条的开发利用提供了科学支撑,为食用菌新型基质开发提供了数据,为新品种的推广提供支持。
With the development of mushroom industry, searching for novel substrates are demanded gradually. Branches cut from Caragana korshinskii were very common in Inner Mongolia, and it needed to be used efficiently. Based on the preliminary studies, three varieties were used in this study, and C. korshinskii powder were used as 23% or 40% in the substrate formula. The spawn running, yield and contamination rate were compared and recorded. Results showed that 40% C. korshinskii powder added in the substrates was better than that of 23%. Meanwhile, Huimei No.2 was the best among the tested varieties. This study provided a scientific support for the development and utilization of branches cut from C. korshinskii, and provided the data for the development of novel substrates for edible mushroom, and it would provide support for the popularization of new varieties.
