摘要
音乐治疗的医学人文价值已经在理论上获得了充分的肯定,但在临床实践中多大程度上被感知,多大范围内发挥其人文属性仍需要一些故事范本。劝奶歌作为一个音乐治疗的存在,表达了自我与他者、心与身之间的象征性关联。借助于劝奶歌的例子试图拓展音乐治疗的人文价值,包括倾听患者的疾痛、寻找疾痛背后的社会学根源,从而帮助患者重构生命认知体系。在某种仪式场景中的深度交流与倾听,有助于恢复患者的身心平衡、重构其认知体系。
The medical humanistic value of music therapy has been fully affirmed in theory, but in clinical practice to what extent it is perceived, and how much roles its cultural attributes play still need some story templates. As a music therapy, ＂The Song for Persuade Breastfeeding＂ shows the symbolic correlation between self and the other, mind and body. This paper discusses the humanistic value of music therapy through case study of ＂The Song for Persuade Breastfeeding＂, including listening to the patient＇s sufferance, looking for the sociological foundations of illness and pain, so as to help patient to reconstruct the cognition system of life. The depth of communication and listening in a ritual scene helps to restore the patient＇s physical and mental balance and reconstruct patient＇s cognition system.
