摘要
高校档案信息化建设是社会进步和高校事业发展的必然要求。但高校在推进档案信息化建设的过程中,受到了人才队伍素质、档案资源数字化数量和质量、档案管理信息系统开发、经费投入等因素的影响,进展缓慢,效果不佳。新时期,推进高校档案信息化建设,必须以"五大发展理念"为指导,加快完成信息化建设任务,为社会和高校事业发展服务。
The informatization construction of university archives and is inevitably required by social progress and university development. But in recent years, the progress is slow and ineffective because it＇s affected by quality of personnel, quantity and quality of archives resources digitalization, development of archives management information system and investment of funds. In the new period, promoting the informatization construction of university archives must be guided by ＂five major development concepts＂ so that it can speed up the task of informatization construction and serve the social and the university development.
