摘要
在采煤机工作中第一传动轴系统通过齿轮箱驱动截割部动作,起着承前启后的关键作用,它磨损较快,容易漏油,会造成齿轮过热、噪声甚至油流进电机腔导致电机毁坏等一系列问题。针对该问题利用TRIZ创新方法建立物场模型,并寻找技术矛盾和定义物理矛盾,对采煤机驱动轴系统进行了优化及工艺改进,有效提高了驱动轴系统的密封性能,解决了系统的漏油问题,延长了系统的使用寿命,提高了采煤机整机的质量。
To the problem of vibration and oil leakage caused by bad wear in working process of the first drive shaft system of coal winning machine, we apply TRIZ innovative method to the innovation design of the coal winning machine. Based on the field model, through the definition of physical contradictions to find innovative methods, such as the optimization of coal winning machine drive shaft system and process improvement, we effectively improve the sealability of the drive shaft system, and solve the problem of oil leakage, prolong the service life of the system, improve the quality of the coal winning machine.
