摘要
阜阳地处淮河流域,属于我国南北文化交流过渡地带,受历史、地理、文化等诸多因素影响,阜阳非物质文化遗产资源绚丽多姿,民歌便是其中一朵"带露的鲜花"。本文将阜阳民歌纳入非物质文化遗产视野,从保护与传承视角出发,紧紧围绕艺术特色、价值意义及历史传承等三个方面展开论述,积极探讨保护与传承的有效路径,提出建立保护机制、完善管理体系,保存生存空间、保护文化生态,依托地方高校、挖掘传承途径的基本设想。
Fuyang has a long history and colorful humanities, which is located in Huaihe River Basin and belongs to the transitional area of the southern and northern culture. Influenced by many factors such as history, geography and culture etc., the nonmaterial cultural heritage of Fuyang is gorgeous and colorful, among which Fuyang folk song is ＂a flower with dew＂. The paper sates the artistic characteristics, cultural value and historical evolution of folk song from the perspective of protection and inheritance of the nonmaterial cultural heritage and explores its effective approaches and strategies of the protection and inheritance; further puts forward the establishment of protection mechanism, the improvement of management system, the protection of living space and cultural ecology; and finally comes up with the idea of relying on the local colleges and universities to excavate the strategies of inheritance of Fuyang folk song.
