摘要
目的分析研究依达拉奉注射液对急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法 92例急性脑出血患者作为此次的研究对象,将其按入院时间分为观察组与对照组,每组46例。对照组患者给予常规的内科治疗,观察组患者则在此基础上增加依达拉奉注射液进行治疗。对比观察两组患者的总有效率与治疗满意度。结果观察组患者的总有效率为97.83%,对照组患者的总有效率为84.78%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗满意度为97.83%,对照组患者的治疗满意度为82.61%,观察组患者的治疗满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予急性脑出血患者加用依达拉奉注射液进行治疗,能够显著提高治疗的总有效率,治疗满意度评价高,减少了医患纠纷,提高了依从性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of edaravone injection for acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 92 acute cerebral hemorrhage patients as study subjects were divided by admission order into observation group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received conventional medical treatment, and the observation group also received edaravone injection for treatment. Comparison were made on total effective rate and treatment satisfaction degree in two groups. Results The observation group had total effective rate as 97.83%, which was 84.78% in the control group. The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The observation group had treatment satisfaction degree as 97.83%, which was 82.61% in the control group. The observation group had higher treatment satisfaction degree than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, edaravone injection can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment, and the treatment satisfaction evaluation is high. It also can reduce the doctor-patient disputes and improve compliance. So it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
