摘要
目的探讨分级评价指标在护士护理技能操作培训中的应用及效果评价。方法选取2015年1月至5月参加医院护理部规范化培训入职第2年的126名护士为对照组,2016年1月至5月参加的126名护士为观察组;对照组沿用常规方法进行培训,观察组采用分级评价指标进行培训,按照核心指标、重要指标、普通指标的原则制订培训大纲、实施培训方案。培训结束后,比较两组护士护理技能操作考核成绩及对培训效果的满意度。结果观察组5项护理操作考核成绩及对培训效果的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论分级评价指标培训有助于提高护士的护理技能操作水平,考核的结果体现了护士真实的掌握程度,确保护士临床操作实践的安全性和有效性。
Objective To explore the application effect of graded evaluation indexes in the skill training of clinical nurses.Methods A total of 126 nurses who had worked for second years and participated in standardization training organized by nursing department from January to May in 2015 was selected as control group,and 126 nurses from January to May in 2016 was selected as the observation group.Control group received conventional training method while using the graded evaluation indexes to training observation group,which developed and carried out training program in accordance with the principle of core indexes,important indexes and general indexes.After training,the examination scores and the satisfaction of the training effect were compared between two groups.Results The examination scores of 5 items of nursing skills showed that observation group was higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.01).Nurse satisfaction in the observation group was higher.Conclusion Training of graded evaluation indexes can help nurses to improve their skills.The examination results showed the true mastery degree,which ensure the safety and effectiveness of nursing clinical practice.
