摘要
针对钒盐引起乙二醇生产装置脱碳系统堵塞的问题,建立了一种测定脱碳系统中碱吸收液以及冷凝液中钒盐含量的简便方法。采用双氧水(H_2O_2)分光光度法测定碱吸收液及冷凝液中的钒含量,最优的实验条件为:硫酸浓度1.07 mol/L、双氧水浓度0.06%和检测波长440 nm。当钒离子(V^(5+))浓度在444μg/m L的范围内时,该方法有良好的线性关系,满足分析的要求。
As vanadium salt caused the congestion problems in decarburization system of ethylene glycol (EG) plant, a simple method was established to determinate the vanadium salt content in alkali absorption liquid and condensation in decarburization system. The content of vanadium in alkali absorption liquid and condensation was determined by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 ) spectrophotometry. The optimal experimental conditions were as follows: 1.07 mol/L sulfuric acid, 0. 06% hydrogen peroxide and the wavelength of 440 nm. When the concentration of vanadium ion ( V5+ ) ranged from 4 μg/mL to 44 μg/mL, the method had a good linear relationship to meet the requirements of the analysis.
