摘要
为了促进和指导山西省葡萄酒产业健康持续发展,通过对近年来国内学者在发展葡萄酒产业方面取得各项科研成果的综述,分析了山西省葡萄酒产业发展的现状及优势,并指出了其在发展中存在着葡萄品种单一、专业知识人才匮乏、文化影响力有限、市场培育能力较弱等方面的问题。针对这些问题,提出了完善产品种类结构,满足消费者市场的个性需求;培养葡萄酒人才,储备葡萄酒产业有序发展的后备力量;强化企业品牌观念,体现品牌文化的高能附加值;对接文化产业,带动第三产业发展;有机衔接各产业链,构建成熟的营销体系的措施。
To promote and guide a healthy and sustainable development of wine industry in Shanxi, the authorssummarized the research achievements of domestic scholars on the development of wine industry in recentyears and analyzed the current situations and advantages of wine industry development in Shanxi, and pointedout the existing problems of single variety, shortage of professional talents, limited cultural influence, weakmarket cultivation capability and so on. Aiming at the above problems, the countermeasures were put forward,such as improving products' structure, meeting individual needs of the consumer market, training winetechnology talents, reserving the potential for orderly development of wine industry, embodying added value ofbrand culture, strengthening enterprise brand awareness, docking with culture industry and other industries,driving the development of tertiary industry, integrating the industry chains, and building a mature marketingsystem.
