摘要 为保障数控机床加工过程能够安全、可靠、高效、高质量地进行,提出一种HTML5的数控机床数据实时监控与可视化解决方案。对比分析了传统软件架构下实现数控机床实时监控技术的特点,提出技术弊端。对实时通信技术与浏览器绘图技术进行了深入研究。基于Meteor平台,结合WebSocket实时通信技术、Canvas绘图技术开发出一套数控机床数据实时监控与可视化系统,给出了系统架构,对系统具备的功能及实现方法进行了详细的说明。实际应用结果表明,所采用WebSocket实时通信技术能够有效地减小带宽和网络延迟,节省了服务器资源;所设计的数控机床数据监控系统能够直观地反映机床数据,可视化效果良好;实现了对设备报警的及时监控,并对维修和管理人员进行提示。 In order to ensure the safety,reliability,high efficiency and high quality of CNC machine tool machining process,a real-time data monitoring and visualization solution based on HTML5 was proposed. This paper analyzed the characteristics of the real-time monitoring technology of CNC machine tools under the traditional software architecture and proposed technical drawbacks. The real-time communication technology and browser drawing technique was studied. Based on Meteor platform,combined with Web Socket communication technology and Canvas technology,a real-time monitoring and visualization system for CNC machine tools is developed,the system architecture was given,the functions of system and implementation method were explained. Results show that the Web Socket communication technology can effectively reduce the bandwidth and network delay,save the server resources; the data monitoring system of CNC machine tool can reflect the data of the machine tool,it achieves the monitoring of the device,and prompts the maintenance or management personnel.
