摘要
目的:对眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期糖尿病视网膜病变临床效果进行分析。方法:将2015年2月-2017年1月Ⅲ~Ⅳ期糖尿病视网膜病变患者48例随机分两组,各24例。激光组采用单纯眼底激光治疗,联合组采用眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗。比较两组患者Ⅲ~Ⅳ期糖尿病视网膜病变治疗效果、不良反应;治疗前和治疗后患者黄斑厚度、视力情况、血糖水平的差异。结果:联合组患者Ⅲ~Ⅳ期糖尿病视网膜病变总有效率优于激光组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组黄斑厚度、视力情况、血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合组黄斑厚度、视力情况、血糖水平改善幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期糖尿病视网膜病变临床确切,可更好改善视力和血糖,无明显不良反应,值得推广。
Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of fundus laser combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Method：A total of 48 patients with diabetic retinopathy from February 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The laser group（n=24） was treated with laser photocoagulation alone,and the combination group （n=24） was treated with laser photocoagulation combined with calcium dobesilate.The therapeutic effect,adverse reaction,macular thickness,visual acuity and blood glucose level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result：The total effect rate of combination group was higher than that of the laser group （P〈0.05）;there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between combined group and laser group （P〉0.05）.Before treatment,macular thickness,visual acuity,blood glucose levels of two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）;macular thickness,the visual acuity,and blood glucose levels of combined group improved more significantly （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Fundus laser combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ diabetic retinopathy is accurate,can better improve vision and blood glucose,no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
