摘要
目的探究采用532激光联合中药治疗患者糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法选取2012年6月—2016年5月进入我院治疗的确诊为糖尿病视网膜病变患者120例作为研究对象。将患者随机分为两组,对照组患者共60例,采用532激光治疗;观察组患者共60例,采用激光联合中药进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者视力改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者眼底出血、渗出、水肿病例少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取532激光联合中药治疗患者糖尿病视网膜病变效果明显。
Objective To explore the efficacy of 532 laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 120 patients with diabetic retinopathy who were admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to May 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, and 60 patients in the control group were treated with 532 laser treatment; A total of 60 patients in the observation group were treated with laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; The patients with fundus hemorrhage, exudation and edema in the observation group were less than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion 532 laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy effect is obvious.
