摘要
目的分析急诊外科创伤患者死亡原因。方法选择本科收治的创伤患者70例作为研究对象,通过调查对外科创伤患者死亡原因进行分析及总结,根据结果筛选出患者死亡原因,并对其进行总结与分析。结果70例创伤患者中,总死亡人数27例,死亡率38.6%(27/70)。通过对以上死亡患者的年龄、创伤原因进行分析,发现27例创伤死亡患者中,交通事故死亡率44.4%(12/27)高于其它原因死亡率。其死亡主要原因多为创伤性失血性休克、颅脑损伤及多发伤而死亡。结论在急诊外科创伤性患者的救治过程中,必须总结导致创伤患者出现死亡的原因,针对性提高院前、院中急救水平,以提高抢救成功率,保证患者生命安全。
Objective To analyze the causes of death of emergency surgical trauma patients. Methods 70 cases of traumatic patients were selected as the research objects, and the causes of death in surgical trauma patients were analyzed and summarized. According to the results, the cause of death was screened out and summarized and analyzed. Results Of the 70 trauma patients, 27 died, and the mortality rate was 38.6% （27/70）. The causes of age and trauma were analyzed. Among the 27 trauma deaths, the fatality rate was 44.4% （12/27） higher than that of other causes. The main causes of death were traumatic hemorrhagic shock, craniocerebral injury and multiple injuries. Conclusion In the process of emergency surgical treatment of traumatic patients, to summarize the cause of trauma patients died, targeted to raise the level of pre-hospital emergency, the courts, in order to improve the success rate of rescue, ensure the safety of the patients＇ life.
