摘要
探明麻江蓝莓主栽区蓝莓果中的硒含量,可为蓝莓果的开发利用提供重要参考.采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定麻江5个蓝莓种植基地蓝莓果中的硒含量.结果表明,麻江蓝莓果中的硒含量较高,其值为9.2—69.7 ng/g.分析认为,蓝莓果具有一定的硒富集能力.
To study selenium content of blueberry fruit from Majiang blueberry main plantation area can provide an important reference for the development and utilization of blueberry fruit. The selenium content in blueberry fruits of 5 blueberry cultivation bases in Majiang was determined using hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results showed that the selenium content of blueberry in Majiang was higher, ranging from 9.2 ng/g to 69.7 ng/g. It was believed that blueberry fruit has a certain ability of selenium enrichment.
