摘要
我国在知识产权文化建设方面存在先天不足,这是我国封建政治制度之下形成的官僚阶层、士绅阶层、商人阶层的思想观念造成的。我国知识产权文化先天畸形,而改革开放之后盲目跟风,没有立足于我国本土文化,照抄照搬,造成我国在知识产权文化构建和创新方面后天不足。因此,以我国知识产权存在的问题入手,探寻形成此种现状的成因以及解决方法,试图建立一套我们自己的知识产权文化体系,促进知识产权文化形成,促进国际交流与合作,加快我国知识产权文化与世界的协同发展。
China is congenitally deficient in the construction of intellectual property culture, which is caused by the bureaucracy, gentry, and merchant class＇s ideology formed under the feudal political system in China. On the one hand, China＇s intellectual property culture is congenitally malformed. On the other hand, China＇s construction of intellectual property culture didn＇t based on native culture after the reform and opening up policy , but blindly followed suit and copied other country＇s experience ,which causing china＇s acquired defect in the area of intellectual property culture construction and innovation. Therefore, this paper will start with the existing problem of intellectual property in our country to explore the causes and solutions of this state of affairs and try to build a set of our own intellectual property culture system by promoting the formation of intellectual property culture, strengthening international exchanges and cooperation and accelerating the coordinated development between our country＇s intellectual property culture and the world＇s.
