摘要
基于电梯群优化控制难的现状,利用Fuzzy控制算法设计了基于罗克韦尔PLC的多台电梯控制系统。详细介绍了评价函数及模糊推理规则的确定,并以此为基础利用模糊推理方法实现了电梯群控系统的优化调遣,且完成了两台电梯监控界面的设计。最后在罗克韦尔实验室证实了该算法能够很好的解决多台电梯的群控调遣问题,从而证明了Fuzzy控制在该控制系统中的有效性。
Many sets of elevator control system was designed by the method of intelligent fuzzy reasoning based on rockwell PLC for the difficulty of optimization control.Using weighted average of the three evaluation index of average by ladder less time,the average waiting ladder less time,long time wait ladder low rate as an evaluation function,on this basis fuzzy reasoning method was adopted to realize optimal operation of the elevator group control system.,and many sets of elevator monitoring interface was designed.Finally in rockwell laboratory the algorithm was verified to better achieve the optimal control of the elevator group control,and fully illustrated the elevator group control system based on fuzzy control was effective and feasible.
