摘要
以聚合物乳液、树脂、超细水泥为原料配制桥梁水泥混凝土裂缝修补材料,以其强度、粘结强度、流动度为指标,进行多指标正交试验设计,并采用综合平衡法对其试验结果直观分析.结果表明:聚合物乳液对水泥净浆强度、粘结强度及砂浆流动度改性效果明显;适当添加高渗透型环氧树脂可以有效提高灌缝胶浆与混凝土截面间的粘结力;根据多指标正交试验分析结果,得出较优的配比为:聚灰比50%,水灰比为20%,脂灰比6%.
In this paper, the parameters ol cement sealant made up ol polymer emulsion, resin and ultra-line cement ,such as strength,bond strength and fluidity,are tested and the experiment results are analyzed by a com-prehensive balance method. The results show that polymer emulsion has a significant effect on strength and bond strength. A moderate adding of highly permeable resin can effectively improve the adhesive force between mortar and concrete. According to our results,the optimum ratio is 50 % of polymercement,20 % of water-cement and 6% of resin.
