摘要
机电设备能够得到正常的运行,安装工作非常重要,从目前的情况来看,我国的化工机电安装还存在一定的问题,本文以转子离心式空气压缩机为例,并对轴承振幅超标、气体冷却器高温等故障进行分析,提出相应的故障解决对策。
The installation work is very important for normal operation of mechanical and electrical equipment.Currently,there are still some problems in Chinese chemical mechanical and electrical installation.Taking rotatory centrifugal air compressor as an example,this paper analyzes the failure of overproof bearing amplitude,high temperature of gas cooler,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
