摘要
JAR1基因是植物生长素响应基因,具有维持植物体内生长素浓度动态平衡和增强植物抗逆性的功能。为了阐明巴西橡胶树中JAR1基因的结构与功能,本研究利用Q-PCR技术在橡胶树CATAS7-33-97叶片中扩增了JAR1基因,其推导氨基酸含有JAR1蛋白特征性的GH3 superfamily结构域,无信号肽,无跨膜区域,定位在细胞质中,命名为HbJAR1。表达分析结果表明:该基因在橡胶树叶片中的表达量受光照强度、机械伤害和白粉菌侵染显著上调,吲哚乙酸(IAA)、茉莉酸(JA)、乙烯利(ET)、脱落酸(ABA)和赤霉素(GA3)对HbJAR1在橡胶树中的表达也起到不同程度的上调作用。表明HbJAR1基因属于植物JAR1家族,与橡胶树对光照、伤害等逆境响应有关。
JARI, a auxin response gene, maintains dynamic balance of auxin concentration in plant, strengthens plant tolerance ability stress. To clarify the gene structure and function of JAR1 in rubber tree (Hevea brca-iliensis Mtill. Arg.), HbJAR1 gene was cloned in the leaves of rubber tree CATAS7-33-97 by RT-PCR. The deduced amino acid of HbJAR1 protein has special GH3 superfamily domain structure, no signal peptide, no transmembrane region, located in the cytoplasm. The gene expression of HbJAR1 in the leaves of rubber tree was significantly affected by light intensity, mechanical wounding and powdery mildew infection. IAA, GA3, ET, JA and ABA treatments also induced HbJARI expression at different levels. The results suggested that HbJAR1 is a member of plant JAR1 gene family, involved in stress response such as light and wounding signal in rubber tree, etc.
