摘要
设计合成5-羟基-6-溴-1H-吲哚-3-羧酸酯类化合物。方法:以乙酰乙酸乙酯为起始原料通过加成、Nenitzescu、酰化、溴代、取代、脱保护和Mannich反应一共七步反应得到目标产物。结果:合成得到6个未见报道的新化合物,结构通过核磁共振氢谱及质谱确证。
Object:To design and synthesize a series of new ethy 5-hydroxy-6-bromo-lH-indole-3-carboxylic ester hydrochloride. Methods:Using acetoacetate as starting material,the target compounds were synthesized through 7 unite reactions,including addition. Nenitzescu. acylation, bromide, substitution, deprotection and Mannich reaction.Results:Six new compounds were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by 1H-NMR and MS.
