摘要
随着电子商务深入人们的生活的各个方面。其不仅改变了人们的生活方式和生产方式，电子商务的市场也由蓝海趋向红海化，从城市扩散到农村。在2015年4月为了共同开创云南省“互联网＋”的新局面，云南政府与阿里巴巴集团携手制定了战略合作框架协议。云南大理宾川成为“农村淘宝”项目首个吃螃蟹的人，也同时享受到了电子商务带来的丰富报酬，随后通海县、宣威、会泽、文山等地纷纷加入“农村淘宝”的大家庭之中，呈现出一派星星之火可以燎原之势。这次阿里在云南举办的“农村淘宝”项目不仅为“农产品进城”与“网货下乡”的双向流通搭建了平台。也为云南村民脱贫致富打开了新的大门和高速通道。
