摘要 加热炉作为连铸和轧制线之间的重要环节,其节能措施和成效一直是热工界关注的焦点,围绕着降低能耗的各种技术应运而生。但在生产实践中往往局限于某一项节能技术改造前后对比的节能效果。而忽视节能技术改造同时伴随着诸如耐材更新、蓄热体更换、操作精细化等其他多重影响,造成各企业对单项节能技术褒贬不一,评价差异很大。文章从最基础的加热炉热平衡分析这个起点开始,对目前主要流行的节能技术、出现的问题进行分析,对加热炉节能的发展以及钢铁联合企业燃气平衡提出了合理化建议。 As an important link between the continuous casting and rolling line,the energy saving measures and its effects of the reheating furnace have been the focus in the thermal engineering field.The various technologies are emerged for reducing the energy consumption. However,it is often only limited to a certain energy saving effect of before and after technical transformation in the practice of production,but neglected multiply effects of refractory renewal,regenerator replacement and meticulous operation etc,which has causes the great difference opinions and evaluations about the monomial energy saving technology by different enterprises. This paper analyzes the main energy saving technologies and its emerging problems based on the most basic heat balance of reheating furnace. And it also puts forward reasonable suggestions on the development of energy saving and the gas balance of the integrated iron and steel enterprises.
