摘要
准确而完整的房产测绘成果不仅是对房屋产权、产籍实施审查的重要依据,也是建设城市、管理城市不可或缺的重要基础性资料。而房产面积测算作为房产测绘的重要组成部分,其正是房产管理部门的重要职能所在。本文笔者结合实践工作经验,就房产测量中的面积测算问题展开粗浅探讨,以供参考。
The accurate and complete real estate surveying and mapping results are not only the important basis for the review of property rights and property production,but also the indispensable important basic information of the construction and management of the city.As an important part of the real estate surveying,real estate surveying and mapping is the important function of real estate management department.In this paper,the author combined with practical work experience,the problem of real estate measurement in the area calculation was discussed for reference.
