摘要
目的比较和分析2016年参加乡村全科执业助理医师资格考试（试点）的9省（自治区、直辖市）20866名考生的实践技能考试成绩，总结经验，提出意见和建议。方法采用通过率、掌握率和平均分比较不同考生群体和不同内容模块的考试成绩，分析导致成绩差异的因素。结果考试通过率与考生性别、民族、地域、学历、工作经历等因素相关，常见检查和操作项目掌握率较好，理论知识水平不高。结论试点考试达到预期目标，考试数据分析结果验证了考试设计的科学性和合理性，为考试正式实施奠定了基础，也为决策部门进一步加强基层医疗卫生队伍建设提供了参考依据。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical skill score of 20 866 candidates from 9 provinces （autonomous regions and municipalities） in 2016 China pilot medical licensing examination for rural assistant general physicians, learn from the analysis and further improve the examination. Methods Passing rate, rate of correct answer and mean score are applied in comparison and analysis. Results Passing rate is related to gender, nationality, district, education and career background. Routine physical examinations and operations are best observed, while basic knowledge needs to be improved. Conclusions The result of examination data analysis verifies the scientificity and rationality of the examination design, and lays the foundation for the formal implementation of the examination. It also provides a reference for the decision-making department to further strengthen the construction of primary medical and health teams.
