介绍我国主导的国际标准提案IEC 60904-11《光伏器件第11部分:晶体硅光伏电池初始光致衰减测试方法》的推进过程,重点研究提案当前版本(CD稿)主要技术内容,包括光致衰减辐照强度、电池控制温度、光致衰减测试程序(最大输出功率测量、初始辐照量、测试终止条件)等。
This paper describes the developing progress of IEC 60904-11 "measurement of initial light-induced degradation(LID) of crystalline silicon solar cells", which is leaded by China. What's more, this paper mainly focuses on studying determining the main contents of the current version (CD version) of IEC 60904-11, inchiding LID irradiation intensity, cell temperature, LID test procedure(the measurement of maximum output power, initial cumulative irradiance termination conditions), etc
