摘要
通过在SmCo_5合金中掺杂Alnico5合金,并进行退火处理,研究了不同Alnico5合金添加量和退火时间对薄带微结构和磁性能的影响。研究发现,随着Alnico5合金量的增加,软磁相的含量和种类增加;薄带的磁性能呈现先增加后降低的趋势,并在x=4.0%时(质量分数),薄带获得最佳磁性能,即矫顽力Hc达到1 210kA/m、剩磁Mr达到45.2A·m^2/kg。同时发现,在600℃退火时,随着保温时间的延长,薄带的综合磁性能也呈现先增大后减小的趋势。当保温时间为30min时,薄带获得最佳的综合磁性能,且S5A2薄带的矫顽力最大,H_c=1 735kA/m。
Effect of Alnico5 alloy and annealing on microstructure and magnetic properties of the SmCo5 alloy was investigated.It was found that the content and types of soft magnetic phase increased with an increase in the Alnico5 content,and the magnetic properties of the ribbons increased initially and then decreased.The best magnetic properties were obtained at the xof 4.0%(mass fraction).The coercivity(Hc)reached 1 210kA/m and the remanence(Mr)reached 45.2 A·m^2/kg.It was also found that the comprehensive magnetic properties of the ribbons increased initially and then decreased with an increase in holding time when annealing at 600 ℃.The ribbons presented the best comprehensive magnetic properties at the holding time of 30 min,and S5A2 ribbons showed the maximum H_c of 1 735kA/m.
