The paper analyzes the hydrophobicity and hydrophobic restoring of anticontamination flashover coating formula of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, the corrosionresistance ability from different pollution sources and the durable effect of the anti-contamination flashover. The development plan and application effect of the hydrophobic restoring material are introduced in detail.
