摘要
针对低温沥青混合料抗冻性能差问题,结合表面自由能理论对低温沥青、混合料配合比进行了设计,研究了低温沥青混合料的压实特性,并分析了沥青与集料粘附性及空隙率对抗冻性能影响。结果表明,低温沥青混合料压实特性与环境温度、击实次数具有较好的相关性;沥青与集料粘附性能有效改善混合料抗冻性能;最不利空隙率为8.3%,临界空隙率为12%;LB—13级配初始强度及抗冻性能均优于AC—13级配。
Based on surface free energy theory, mix proportion of cold asphalt and mixture was designed, aiming at the poor anti-freezing property. Compaction characteristic of cold mix asphalt was studied. And influence of air void, adhesion between asphalt and aggregate was analyzed. The result shows that, it has better relationship between temperature, compaction number and compaction character- istic. Adhesion between asphalt and aggregate can improve anti-freezing property. The most unfavorable void ratio is 8.3%, critical air void is 12%. And LB-13 gradation is better than AC-13 gradation.
