摘要
利用超声波辅助表面活性剂提取柠檬皮中的果胶,采用咔唑硫酸法测定提取液中的果胶含量。以果胶提取率为指标,在单因素实验的基础上,利用Box-Behnken设计四因素三水平进行响应面试验,建立各因素与响应值之间的数学模型,确定最佳提取工艺。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为超声时间30 min、超声功率330 W、提取温度80℃、SDS用量0.60 g,在此工艺条件下,果胶提取率为19.51%。
Pectin was extracted from lemon peel assisted by ultrasonic/surfactant. The content of pectin was measured by carbazole and sulphuric acid spectrophotometric method. A Box-Behnken design involving four factors at three levels each was used to determine the optimum extraction conditions using pectin yield as response. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction time was 30 min,ultrasonic power was 330 W,extraction temperature was 80 ℃,amount of SDS was 0. 6 g. Under the optimized conditions,the yield of pectin was 19. 51 %.
