摘要
为研究鸡粪发酵沼液对露地栽培韭菜产量、品质和防御酶活性的影响,在韭菜生长期冲施稀释10、20、30、40、50倍5种不同浓度的鸡粪沼液进行试验。结果表明,与清水对照相比,施用沼液可增加韭菜产量,提高韭菜中叶绿素、可溶性糖及VC含量,并降低纤维素含量,但对韭菜中的苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性无显著影响。本试验条件下在韭菜生长期间应以鸡粪沼液稀释40倍冲施2次为宜。
In order to study the effect of chicken manure biogas slurry on yield,quality and defense enzyme activity of Chinese chive,5 different concentrations of chicken manure biogas slurry( 10,20,30,40,50 fold dilutions) were sprayed during the growth period. The results showed that the chicken manure biogas slurry improved the yield and the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and VC,decreased the cellulose content,and had no significant effects on activity of phenylalanine ammonialyase,peroxidase and catalase. In this experiment conditons,it was the optimal to spray the chicken manure biogas slurry two times at forty fold dilution.
