摘要
本文通过对冲击韧性差的Cr13不锈钢进行分析。结果表明,带状铁素体的形成是影响Cr13不锈钢冲击韧性的主要原因;锻造加热温度过高是构成铁素体大量析出及带状分布的一个重要因素;并且提出通过等温退火处理的工艺方案来改变带状铁素体的分布,虽然通过等温退火处理后的力学性能可以满足设计的要求,可以适当缓解铁素体的分布,但是不能从根本上消除带状铁素体,所以只有通过严格控制锻造工艺参数和制造过程才能从根本上消除其带状铁素体。
In this paper,the poor impact toughness of Cr13 stainless steel was analysis.The results showed that the formation of banded ferrite was the main reason of affecting impact toughness of Cr13 stainless steel.The important factor for the mass precition and banding distribution of ferrite was the heating temperature too high for forging.And the heat treatment process was proposed to change the distribution of banded ferrite by isothermal annealing treatment,which could make the mechanical properties meet the design requirements and alleviate the distribution of ferrite appropriately,but could not eliminate the banded ferrite fundamentally.So the banded ferrite was only removed fundamentally by controlling the forging process parameters and manufacturing process strictly.
