摘要
主要对CRH_(3A)型高速动车组上的制动控制单元GCU(Gateway Unit and Control Unit)系统的组成、功能进行分析,并对比目前运营较普及的CRH3系列动车组,对两种不同的制动控制单元的差异性进行深入分析。为目前即将大批量投入运营的CRH_(3A)型动车组的运营维护提供了一定的技术参考。最后对GCU系统运用在高速动车组上的问题与解决方案进行了说明和分析,并在结论中提出了一项改进方案以更进一步适应高速动车组的运营要求。
This article mainly analyzes the compositions and system function of GCU （Gateway Unit and Control Unit） system which is the EBCU （Electronic Brake Control Unit） on CRH3A high speed EMU. After comparing with the EBCU on popularly serviced CRH3 series EMU, the article gives a deep analysis on the difference of two kinds of EBCU. It provides a certain technical reference on the service and maintenance of CRH3A EMU which will be put into service later on a large scale. The article also specify and analyzes one problem and the resolution about the application of GCU system on high speed EMU, then provide one improvement about system scheme to improve the availability of GCU system on high speed EMU at the conclusion.
