摘要
                
                    以辣椒杂交种‘甘科5号'的双亲及制种田第4~5层花为材料,对授粉花朵人工杂交后,随即用5种不同质量浓度的2,4-D溶液对花梗进行涂抹处理,以清水处理为对照(CK),重复3次,每重复100朵花。统计坐果率、单果种子数量和产量、种子千粒质量、发芽率和发芽势。结果表明,与CK相比,不同质量浓度2,4-D处理的坐果率、单果种子数量和产量显著提高,其中,20×10^(-3)g/L 2,4-D处理的坐果率最高;10×10^(-3)g/L处理的单果种子数量最多,单果种子产量最高,比CK提高约5.8倍。不同质量浓度2,4-D处理对种子的千粒质量和发芽率影响较小。辣椒杂交制种中,用5×10^(-3)~20×10^(-3)g/L的2,4-D溶液涂抹杂交授粉花梗,能够显著提高杂交坐果率和杂交果实的单果种子数量及产量,对种子质量各项指标没有显著影响。
                
                With chili pepper hybrid 'Ganke 5' parents and 4th— 5th layer of flowers as materials in seed production,artificial hybridization was conducted to pollinate flowers.With water treatment as control(CK),5 different mass concentrations of 2,4-D solution was used to daub the pedicel,3 repetitions of 100 flowers in each treatment were done.Fruit-setting rate,seed number per fruit,seed yield per fruit,1 000-seed mass,germination rate and germinative force of seed were measured.The results showed that the fruit-setting rates of all the 2,4-D treatments were higher than that of CK,and average seed number and seed yield per fruit of the 2,4-D treatments were also significantly higher than those of CK,the 20×10^-3 g/L mass concentration had the highest fruit-setting rate among all the treatments,the 10×10^-3 g/L mass concentration had the most seed number per fruit,and the highest seed yield per fruit,nearly 5.8 times higher than those of CK.2,4-D treatment had little effect on1 000-seed mass and germination rate of seed.Treating pollinated flowers with 2,4-D solution of 5×10^-3) — 20×10^-3 g/L mass concentration could significantly improve the fruit-setting rate,seed number per fruit and seed yield perfruit of chili pepper hybridization pollination had no significant effect on indexes of seed quality.
