摘要
目的分析紫杉醇联合支气管内镜介入治疗良性瘢痕增生性支气管道狭窄的临床效果。方法选取2014年5月~2016年5月浙江省肿瘤医院收治的良性瘢痕增生性支气管道狭窄患者40例,依据治疗方法将这些患者分为紫杉醇联合支气管内镜介入治疗组(联合治疗组,20例)和单纯支气管内镜介入治疗组(单独治疗组,20例)两组,对两组患者的气道直径及横截面积、气促评分、呼吸困难指数、肺通气功能、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况进行统计分析。结果联合治疗组患者的气道直径及横截面积均显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05),气促评分显著低于单独治疗组(P<0.05),呼吸困难0、Ⅰ级比例均显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ级比例均显著低于单独治疗组(P<0.05),治疗的总有效率显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05),第一秒用力肺活量、肺活量、最大通气量、最大呼气中段流量均显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合支气管内镜介入治疗良性瘢痕增生性支气管道狭窄的临床效果较单纯支气管内镜介入治疗好。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Paclitaxel combined with bronchial endoscopy intervention in the treatment of benign hypertrophic scar stenosis. Methods From May 2014 to May 2016, in Zhejiang Tumor Hospital, 40 patients with hypertrophic scar stenosis were selected, they were divided into Paelitaxel combined with bronchial en- doscopy intervention treatment group (combined treatment group, 20 cases) and single bronchial endoscopy intervention treatment group (single treatment groups, 20 cases), sectional areas, shortness of breath, dyspnea index scores, pulmonary functions, clinical efficacy, incidences of adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results com- pared with single group, in combined group, the airway diameter and cross-sectional area were significantly higher (P 〈 0.05), the dyspnea score was significantly lower (P 〈 0.05), the proportions of dyspnea grade 0, grade I were signifi- cantly higher (P 〈 0.05), the proportions of dyspnea grade III, grade IV were significantly lower (P 〈 0.05), the total treat- ment efficiency was significantly higher than the single treatment group (P 〈 0.05), the FEV1, VC, MVV, MMEF were sig- nificantly higher (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Paclitaxel combined with bronchial endoscopy intervention in the treatment of benign hypertrophic scar stenosis is better than single bronchial endoscopy intervention treatment.
